Service Description
Salty Mama Yoga Club: Flow + Social Ready to move your body and talk to another adult? Join us for a mom-centered, intentional yoga flow in Kailua that actually builds some heat. No childcare mission required—your little one vibes right on the mat with you while you focus on your strength. The sweet spot is 3 months to crawling, but if your babe is chill hanging by your mat, there’s no real age restriction here. After we sweat, we’re hitting a local spot for a matcha/coffee run to actually connect and build that village.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please adhere to the following policies: Cancellation and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your class, you must do so at least 12 hours prior to the start of the session. This allows us to accommodate other participants and manage our schedule effectively. No-Show Policy: If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 12-hour notice period, the session may be considered a no-show, and any fees or deposits paid may be forfeited. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your class. Arriving promptly helps maintain the flow of the session and ensures a respectful and relaxing environment for everyone. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class to avoid disruption. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class. For extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss potential accommodations. Emergency Cancellations: In case of emergencies, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate such requests on a case-by-case basis. Health and Safety: If you are feeling unwell or have health concerns, please refrain from attending the class to ensure the well-being of yourself and others. Behavior and Respect: Maintain a respectful attitude towards others and their practice. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class.
